R series helical gearbox is developed and produced according to our country’s standards as well as bring into overseas' advanced design. Gears and gear shafts made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel 20CrMnTi, output shaft made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel 40Cr, the gearbox housing made of high-strength casting iron HT250, may also adopt material as requested. Integral casting housing with good rigidity to enhance the shaft strength and serves life of bearing.
